What a gem! Went for an impromptu meal quite late in the evening and hadn't booked (Sat night) Greeted on arrival with a warm welcome which seems a rarity these days!Food was delicious, high quality, cooked to perfection. Two different fish dishes. The sea bass was divine. Very attentive throughout with a friendly atmosphere.We look forward to returning soon with our four legged family member having seen how welcome other dogs were made. Hard to find a 'true' dog friendly pub that serves great food locally.

My partner and I went here for dinner on Saturday night with our baby daughter and our labradoodle. It was SUPERB. From the moment we walked in - the restaurant smelt divine, the drinks were lightning fast and the menu was full of things we fancied. I plumped for mussels to start (delicious - I was halfway through in the photo!) and a risotto for main - the portions were huge, I shared my meal with our daughter and still couldn't finish my main! The food was fantastic, but the service was absolutely spot on. We were given everything we needed, and all the staff were fussing with our daughter and dog, giving them everything they needed too, it was just brilliant. We eat out quite a lot, but this is the first time in a long time I've left a restaurant feeling so happy, relaxed and full! We can't wait to go back, thank you!

Beautiful meal and lovely staff, but didn't realise we were charged for extra drink we never purchased until we got home and saw receipt.

Absolutely fantastic, excellent food, good beer selection, excellent customer service. Our go-to destination for meals out with family or friends.The menu is fantastic, have sampled most of it (except the vegetarian stuff) and never had a dud, specials are always delicious.Worst bit about it is having to choose what to have, as could gladly eat it all!

Great to find a great pub serving great food..we had fillet steak which was beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Lovely to hear staff calling customers by their names which shows they have great regulars who keep returning. Definitely need to book even during mid-week lunchtime. Also toilets were spotless!

The best eating place in the area, they can't do enough for you, Service and food are Excellent and the Atmosphere is great. Highly recommended. Have been many times and will go again.

We had been staying in market bosworth and 6 of us went here forSunday lunch . Absolutely fantastic service even from booking over the phone ,The staff where so helpful , friendly have a laugh and a jokeWith us , and the food was excellent , beautifully cooked and presented, it’s a must if you are in this area .

Absolutely fantastic food, service and atmosphere. We got in because everywhere else was fully booked and thank god they were. Shame it's our last day or we would be there every chance we could. Raaaaaaaaaarspect!!

Cracking village pub, staff were brilliant from the moment we walked in, extremely welcoming. Menu was amazing and the dishes were equally impressive. Service was faultless, food and drink arrived quickly. I would come back to the area for the pub alone as well worth the trip! Our dog was also impressed with his treats from the staff!
