This is the first time I have been able to think clearly after the passing of my mum in August 2023. Fiona presented herself with such warmth, understanding, empathy and understanding from the first moment we met her. We discussed mums life in great detail, some things came to light that made me laugh all the more at such a sad time. She was the perfect person to deliver mums memorable service.The service was delivered in a beautifully created atmosphere of love, affection at a time of great sadness and loss.She delivered the service with such passion, affection and caring that mum would have been proud of. Fiona conducted my mother’s ceremony, she took great care in finding out about my mother, her family, life, personality, interest. Then helped structured the proceedings with family able to say a few words and then Fiona conducted the ceremony so personalised that many mourners actually thought Fiona personally knew my mother.

We recently lost my husbands mother and Fiona has been very supportive form the first time we met her. She helped us to put together a beautiful memorial script which put a smile on our faces as we compiled it and again at the funeral, she read it with lots of consideration for our family and afterwards everyone said how much they enjoyed it and remembered our dear relative fondly.Fiona kept in touch with us every step of the way giving us lots of chances to discuss any issues we had. We are very grateful for all Fiona did for us, she took away a lot of stress and left us with some wonderful memories.Thank you Fiona from all our family.

Fiona recently did a wonderful job of conducting my mum’s funeral. Fiona displayed such warmth and kindness in our initial conversation that I knew instantly she was the right person to help us during this difficult time.Fiona guided us through everything, including the tribute and the service.
