Bishop's Move Edinburgh

I had the unfortunate job as a driver however a lot of the guys were great unfortunately there was a couple of younger guys that were idiots thought they were it and they were just prats not a recommended company the roof leaks the goods get wet do not under any circumstances go with them

Perfect experience. I could not fault my experience with the company. Great price, staff, help and quickness of order.

We used Bishop's Move for a recent move in Edinburgh. Unforeseen issues arose and I had to speak to customer services. I can say without question this company has the worst customer services i have ever dealt with. The young man I spoke to was aggressive, rude, argumentative, and offensive. The way he spoke to me was appalling. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused. It was impossible to reach anyone in Scotland because the calls were redirected to the English office where the same man answered.I must say that the local team that ultimately delivered my things were friendly and very professional. Sadly they work for a company I would never want to deal with again. I would not recommend Bishop's Move.

I needed a quote for an international move (Scotland to Australia), so I requested Bishop's Move send someone out to my house to give a quote. The man that came out to give the quote was thirty minutes late, and since I had other things that needed to be done, I called the Edinburgh office to cancel the visit. Around five minutes later, the Bishop's Move representative showed up at my front door.When I greeted him, he said in an aggressive tone, I hear you aren't happy with Bishop's Move?" I replied by stating that I had other things I needed to do

Valuable Items in storage went missing and it took a long time to get a response from the manager. He was very unhelpful. Items still missing and you can guess where they has probably gone. Without Predudice.

My husbands account:I had the pleasure of having the two Stevies move our belongings from one house to the other on 26/3/21.In what would usually be a very stressful and hectic time, the guys had a laugh and banter with me and really made the day fly by without any hiccups on their end.Unfortunately as these things can happen, there was a hold up with funds being released, the guys remained professional and reassuring as they waited patiently for us to gain entry to the the property.They were fast, careful and respectful of all belongings at both ends of the move and really couldn’t have done more.I hope I never move house again but would use them again without a seconds hesitation. If a manager reads this please pass on my thanks again.Craig Robertson

Great job. Removal to storage was excellentRemoval to new house also excellent. Unbelievably well packed and very good removal team from start to finish including office staff (Kenny and Paul) and drivers and porters(Billy and Darren). Full marks to them all

Absolutely terrible service. The manager is so rude via email. Nice enough face to face. Ignored my emails after my house was packed up into a container to be shipped to Australia. Never received my inventory or my container number, until I had to get my brother in law to call, time difference made it harder for me to call.Stuff arrived so badly packed it was unreal. Kitchen knives just thrown in boxes. A TV at the bottom of the box with heavy kitchen goods on top of it. Damaged cot. Would never recommend them to anyone!!! Not for international shipment anyway!!!

The guys that helped us move were fantastic, happy guys. They were nice to chat to and considerate of our things. The move was done quickly and by the end of the day we were in our new place. Would thoroughly recommend.

Bishops move arrived in my street to move someone in they parked over my driveway they were politely asked to move the van so we could get out we were told that they were not moving till 2 o'clock i phoned head office to complain not very helpful i then phoned the police who came and told the driver to move the van away from my driveway i have a notice on my fence saying disabled person please leave space witch was ignored by this driver we then got verbal abuse from the men on the van the manager phoned me with no apology he then went on to say my husband threatened his worker's it is all lies
