Amanda Mann Pilates - Ascot

Amanda is an amazing teacher. Her classes are small so that she is able to give all of us individual attention and tailor the exercises to our needs.

I’ve been attending Amanda’s classes for a few years and would thoroughly recommend them. Amanda is an excellent Pilates instructor...very easy to follow and and gives you the ability to adapt exercises to your level.

I've been attending Amanda's classes for several years now and always look forward to them. I was attending both the Ascot and Sunningdale class at one point, but changes in my working life meant I had to drop one class, which I really miss. I find the class almost feels personised for me, as it really helps with my back issues. We often have new moves introduced to keep us on our toes which keeps things fresh. There are mixed abilities in the group and each move has levels to suit beginners through to advanced.I can thoroughly recommend the classes to anyone, from someone considering giving pilates a go, to someone who has done it previously.
