left my cats here for a few days one of my cats come home unwell sick and lost 2lb in weight never use again dont usallly do reviews but i had to has i if theres anyone who loves there fur babies like me then they would look else where really un happy with the cattery

Have been using Pinecroft for many years now. Sharon and Avril are always very accommodating and always take great care of our cat. In the last couple of years he hasn't been too well, and they also ensure he has his medication. Would recommend them very highly.

There are times when you need someone special to take care of your cats when you are unable to yourself. I can recommend no-one more highly than Sharon and Averil at Pinecroft Cattery. They go above and beyond to cater for your needs. The accommodation is very special, with heated beds and individual care. We have taken our cats there for 21 years and would use no- one else.

Run by an amazing, caring and lovely family. We've used Pinecroft Cattery for many years and have several cats. I highly recommend it. Very caring about their guests and a very reasonable fee. I will always use Pinecroft Cattery when I need a reassuring stay for my cats.

Really great cattery. Friendly folks who make you feel really comfortable leaving your kitty. They were happy to discuss the needs of both our cats when we’ve left them here. We’ve used Pinecroft several times now and they will always be our first port of call whenever we need to board our cat in future! Many thanks

Avril provides an outstanding service to us and our beloved family member during our trips away from Cardiff. The pens are exceptionally well cleaned and all visitors are cared for as if they were her own.Having spit visited many catteries on and around Cardiff, Pjnectoft was an easy choice and we will continue to use them for as long as we have a cat.Thanks Avril

We just collected our two cats from here and couldn't be happier. Its always a worry leaving your pets but Pinecroft Cattery are great and really went above and beyond to accommodate. Cats are healthy and happy and drop off and collection was really convenient. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
