James came to my nan’s as she had a leak from her radiator. James was brilliant and stripped the radiator down and cleaned and re sealed it again. Lovely person, very helpful and very tidy. Cleaned up after himself and we were very happy with his work. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

James goes above and beyond. He fitted us a whole new heating system - new boiler, new pipes and radiators right throughout our home. Highly recommend!

Resolve came to me highly recommended when I decided to have central heating installed. Having such a system, you want to make sure you go with the right company.James came on time as arranged and did a walk through of the house, discussing where radiators would go and the best position.On the day of installation, again James was on time, as he was every day during the works. He was very clean and tidy and paid great attention to detail. You can see he is really passionate about what he does. James took the time to explain how everything works and is at the end of a phone should I need any help. I can't recommend Resolve Energy enough. Great prices, great attention to detail and James the engineer was also very pleasant and polite.I would highly recommend Resolve.

Called 24hrs ago last minute for my elderly parents, they have been having problem with the boiler for over 3 years, we got an appointment for 8:30am this morning, he not only reassured my mum and dad but fixed the temperature on the boiler and they are happy, reassured, warm and cosy. 100% would recommend. James is a phenomenal gas engineer. He literally did the impossible. Replacing our old boiler with a brand new one AND moved it from the box room to the kitchen. Overcame issues and was professional with a great work ethic. Don't look anywhere else. This guy is worth his weight in gold!

Gas safety check completed on a boiler for an impending house sale. James was professional and pleasant to deal with and gave us advice over Whatsapp before he even came out to the property. Will be recommending to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use Resolve again.

James was great ! I called him the day before he came out as I was having some issues with turning my boiler on from the room thermostat, James tried to help me over the phone but due to me having not much knowledge he came out the next day to look at it for me and fixed it so quick. He also took the time to educate me on how things work and the programming I could do via the thermostat! Wouldn’t go or recommend anyone else 5 star service. Thanks again

You cannot find a more thorough and trustworthy person to fit your boiler, provide an excellent service and after care service. James completes all his work to a high standard and does not cut corners. He offers great advice re boilers and your heating needs. Gets on with the job in a positive manner and checks over all aspects of a job. He also gets back to you if you have a query. 5 stars not enough for this hard working guy!

James from Resolve Energy came to our rescue when we had a leaking boiler. We got lucky in our Google search after calling some other companies too who wanted extortionate amounts of money for emergency jobs or weren’t available at all. James sorted this emergency job in record time. He was friendly, as he patiently explained to us what the issue was and how the boiler needed servicing. He came again to service the boiler and replace some of its parts. Again, such a professional service, and very fairly priced too! Resolve Energy are responsive and reliable - they treat their customers with respect and take time to explain the issues too. I will be booking Resolve Energy again for the annual service. They are a five star trustworthy company. I fully recommend their services.

Totally recommended. James attended the same day, did gas safety check then removed old cooler, installed pipe work for new gas hob and connected it all. No call out fee and very fair price for the job done. Clean tidy and helpful. Honest and punctual too with excellent communication. Thanks James!
