Brilliant decor and fit-out! Great smash burger. Fast service. Friendly staff gave great recommendations and also with knowledge of all the menu. I went for the brioche bun, 6oz smash, mac&cheese patty add-on, turkey rashers… with tots and a Fanta freeze! Amazing all round! Would definitely be back!

Very average to be honest, ordered quite a large order on Ubereats, on arrival it was cold and needed to be reheated in the microwave. Baring in mind the classic phat cheese burger with chips is £12 the burger that arrived was bite sized and nothing like the pictures on the site, like it wouldn’t harm them to increase the sizes so you at least feel like you’re getting your moneys worth. I ordered 8 wings and tator tots for £10.20, the portions were decent for the price and the wings were large, not keen on breaded wings though and the flavours were alright, not great, tator tots average. A couple friends of mine ordered the hotdog for £8.45, again tasted alright but very miniscule for the price. Overall, wouldn’t order from here again.

Really delicious food! Very busy place. Only downside is the menu can be a bit overwhelming as it’s basically a DIY burger place. They do have some pre-made options but they’re on the screens not on the menu.We ordered 2 burgers and 8 wings. Nice option they have is that they let you split the wings into 2 flavours. The bbq ones were amazing!The burger was tender and juicy. Would definitely go back again.

Food was actually really good.Upgrading the tots to fries is a really food option.They have made do the best they can with the layout and looks spacious.The interior decor is unusual but good

Went in last night as a group of 17. The guy on the front counter was very hospitable and made us feel welcome, he explained the menu to us and gave recommendations. The food came out freshly cooked, well seasoned and delicious, the portions are very generous. All of us enjoyed our food, will definitely be visiting again. The chicken wings in particular are very good.

Phat Beautiful food by awesome people.The burger I ordered was Angus beef 8 with a spicy grilled chicken patty. It was delicious and the flavours exploded in my mouth. It was excellent! The frozen drink was great and full of flavour with fizz in the mix!I will come again to Phat Buns as my go to whenever I am visiting London Road.There’s truly no place like Phat Buns that sells awesome food at good prices!

Very friendly helpful staff, fast service for the size of our order. Good portion sizes. The fries and tots were cooked to perfection, although they were a big handful the burgers were very nice and presented well and were very filling not like your average burger, the wings were alot bigger than we expected, very nice meaty wings and they were very tasty. Would definitely recommend.
