WOW. We experienced a burst pipe late one night and immediately phoned Emergency Plumbers. Despite it being so late they were able to get to my house in less than half an hour. Ben was friendly and professional throughout, calming us down and explaining the issue. He quickly repaired the pipe and cleaned the area out. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone in Enfield who experiences plumbing issues.

Five star service! Promptly service! Professionalism!Had my boiler broken over the night yesterday- no hot water, no heating.I call them, talked to Annie, who was very nice and patient. She booked me in, and in three hours time the plumber came, fix the problem and everything went back to normal.Very grateful with the services and the team!I do recommend you to contact them with confidence for any plumbing services!

We called this afternoon for our grandparents who were having issues with their toilet, the lady on the phone was very quick and ensured us that someone would be out today to solve this situation. After hanging up and within 5minutes Ben was ringing to say he would be with us within the hour! He arrived on time and was very polite and very efficient he made my grandparents feel at ease, and got the job done within the hour and saved the pipe from being cut. My grandparents were very pleased with his work and we feel that he went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much Ben we would definitely recommend this service.

Noticed leak coming through ceiling from badly installed bath on Tuesday. Called Ben and he was with me in 20 minutes- even though it was 7am! Identified & fixed the problem, and got his collage Troy to repair the bath panel to now be properly functional, and completed the tiling job the previous plumbers neglected to do; both of which were done well.Costly, but a job well done without worry or wait. Many thanks.

Ben came within the hour and did try to fix the issue but due to stack problems he wasn't able to he said but after him I got another plumber and he was able to fix the kitchen sink which I paid for extra. I am really disappointed after reading good reviews Ben poured all the dirt from kitchen sink to into my clean toilet without asking myself or my husband. I had to clean after him for 2 hours he made so much mess especially in my bathroom. I will not be calling this number ever again.

Our combi-boiler broke leaving the flat cold and without hot water. Tried several emergency plumbers and Ben was by far the most responsive and helpful. Diagnosed the problem, got a new part, and repaired it all within 36hrs. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.
