Absolutely disgusting attitude and zero empathy for our situation. Both me and my friend had concerns with my puppys yesterday. When the lady bought out our puppies, we asked a question about the blood test they had, her reply was 'he's already explained this to you, I don't have time to go through it again FUMING!!!"

Friendly and committed staff to 100% customer satisfaction. Inexpensive, yet excellent service and extensive knowledge base, hence they I have retained my business for the last 17 years while maintaining both family cars. Could not recommend them more strongly.

Marvellous centre, truly caring staff. I found a pigeon sitting at the side of the road - of course everyone was driving past it in this uncaring selfish world - and knocked on their door out of hours and the lady still answered, took the pigeon, explained why it both needed help and why I did the right thing bringing it there. She was brilliant.

My cats left the practice more distressed than when they arrived. I wasn't allowed in with them during the consultation due to covid yet nobody was wearing a mask? Also they do not take card payments, cash only.Thank you for replying and gaslighting me, very telling!
