We have been using Charters for three years and bought two new cars from them in that time. The service is excellent. On my latest purchase (Sep 2019) I dealt with Iqram who is incredibly helpful and responsive in dealing with all the information needed and issues one inevitably has when embarking on major expenditure. He is charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic; most importantly, I would buy a car from him again and recommend him to others! I appreciate particularly the exceptional level of service without him being a pushy salesman (which would put me off totally). The service & parts team at Charters is also very efficient and good value for the quality of service. Overall, Charters offers a very good personal service that I highly recommend.

Firstly I would like say that I’m am soooo happy with my new car !!! Ssang Yong tivoli . What a find !!!And to match it, what great service I had from the team - Daniel and Derek.I brought the car over the phone and trusted that I had the right car for me when speaking through my questions and queries about the car - finance and my concerns about the new car being an automatic ( only being a manual driver since passing my test many many years ago ) would I be able to drive it ok ?I was also offered a delivery service at a small charge as I lived quite a distance from the showroom .All was dealt with a professional and friendly manner and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a different unique car and good customer service.I will definitely be returning :)E Holding

These guys deserve few more stars than 5 star. I brought a used Honda Jazz from them and I had a very good experience through out the buying process. They also offered good value for my old car. Iqram Choudhury was very professional & knowledgeable and helped me with the purchase. Very nice person to deal with. I got the car in a good condition within my budget. Danny Williams has been the epitome of a good salesman from the moment I showed interest in purchasing a 3008 SUV in late January to its delivery in mid-April. He contacted me regularly throughout that period to inform of the progress of my order and subsequently after delivery to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle.

I recently bought a Citroen DS3 from Charters Reading. Absolutely in love with the car and I can't fault it.
