Bought a car 3 years ago, now trying to sell on and found out it was a cat N. This wasn't in the advert or told to me at the time. Classic example of miss-selling which has left me out of pocket as now cannot sell for market value. Seeking advice on this.

I bought the car few weeks ago, after few days car giving problem I returned the car and theyrefund full money, he asked me you can buy another car unfortunately I couldn't find the car which I wanted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM CARLOVERSI brought a Volkswagen Golf from Carlovers Sales LTD in November 2021.One week after purchasing the car I discovered that the only keyhole on the vehicle, situated on the driver side has been drilled into and was therefore completely non-functional. I cannot get into the car if the central locking fails ( Which it did on two occasions, where the car doors could not close after opening). In person, I contacted the car dealer Mr Misaq who sold me the car and he assured me he was going to get it repaired immediately. Since the first week in December 2021 i have contacted the Mr Misaq countless amount of time in person, over the phone and by text to get the car repair. It is now six months since I purchased the car and it has still not been repair.I have also since discovered that the mileage shown on the car when I brought it was altered. At the time I brought the car, the details on the MOT and dashboard showed the mileage as 8200( estimate). However, when I did an history check on the car, previous MOTs showed the mileage as being over 36000 miles. At the time of purchase Mr Misaq also told me that the car was in a minor" car accident

Amazing experience. Rahim and his brother have been fantastic with everything. I had a little issue which needed fixing after buying the van but was quickly sorted out and the best part of it was their customer service. I'd recommend and recommend again. Thanks again for your service again

A fantastic purchase from a lovely salesman. I was looking for a Toyota Hybrid for a long time and once I set sight on a car, I need to have it. Do not buy a car from these people (and if you do risk it, don't do a bank transfer, make sure you have some form of protection - CC will cover you when it goes wrong).Bought a car that went wrong within 7 days. (Catastrophic engine failure). My wife phoned them and they told her it was her fault as we hadn't got it serviced - even though the service book said it had been serviced 2 months ago by them, and we bought it from them 7 days ago.After various ignored phone calls and emails, we sent a recorded letter stating our right of return (under the consumer rights act 2015) and had to battle to get our refund.They refused to collect the undriveable, unsafe car, and didn't reimburse us the £200 fee we had to pay to return the clearly faulty at time of purchase back to them.I would never go near this company again, if you do, please make sure you cover yourself and use a secure purchase method (not a bank transfer).I also notice a hell of a lot of 5* reviews from accounts with no other review on them, funny that!
