The shop has had a little change around and it looks great. Lots of great products and live stock.

The only dedicated aquatics in coventry now.Has a good range of products and pricing is normal for an MA.

Very attentive staff, will do anything to help all ur fishy needs, they never make you feel rushed and are always on hand for tips and advice!

I was super impressed with a young gentleman.He said he would get my pond pump working. 45 mins later, it was serviced and fixed.I was so impressed with his knowledge and can do attitude.Well done

Honestly,Rob is a life saver! I'm a novice pond keeper but learning as I go and recently upgraded to a much larger raised Koi pond for my goldfish. Of course I was dreading the potential problems that come with a new pond and sure enough I ended up with ammonia and water parameters all over the place and was really worried about my fish. I did what I could but I needed professional help(!)Rob was brilliant, I took a sample of pond water over and he formulated a plan using a series of Pure Pond Bombs and the mini one's in media bag's in the filter box, with the biological media. I followed his instructions to the letter and took a sample of water in a week later and no ammonia... what a relief.A few weeks later and the fish are doing great,all the water parameters are pretty much perfect and we just need the weather to settle so the fish know whether they are coming or going.Thanks again Rob and for your patience with the multiple and often lengthy phone calls to pick your brain on all things pond!

First time using this store as we were hoping to get some temperate fish. Asked for some help from the woman cleaning the tanks and she was quite rude. We had a few questions to ask but she was very dismissive, didn’t even look up when we asked her something. We will go to a different branch next time as she made us feel unwelcome. It’s a shame because there was a nice range of ornaments/plants.
