I booked their service via Bark website. The service was quick and as described, however it appeared I have paid them twice( I have paid while the person- Ricardo was at my property and second time in the afternoon of the very same day as he chased me stating my payment did not reach him). My request for refund of the second payment was ignored. The person is no longer reacheable and no indication at all they are willing to refund. It's been more than a month now since I requested the refund.

We had locked ourselves outside on a Saturday. RKO was hands on and arrived within 20 minutes.He unlocked the door within minutes.Very quick and efficient service! Would definitely use again

Very friendly knowledgeable young man, I needed a new door handle and lock replaced, once he saw what was needed to be replaced he left to go buy and returned within 20mins and got the job done in 5 mins, granted probably wasn’t the hardest job he encountered but he seemed a honest and straightforward guy, would happily recommend.

Rick was a great communicator and when he came to complete the job, he was very honest and let me know that the job wasn't as big as we originally thought and saved us quite a lot of money.
