Although the owner was informative on certain issues, he didn't have any or much knowledge about other things that he sold in his shop. But that's just my opinion, you may find it a good place. So after the owners response to my review I went back for a second visit pointed to an object and asked about it, well we sell alot of these hmmmm not quite the answer I was after but on subject of coins then yes you do know your stuff.

Sorry to be blunt but i hace been in this store on more than one occasion with certain items and find the owner to come across as very judgemental based on the type of customers that enter! Proof in the pudding when i sent my white (me being dark skinned and lets say chavvy looking lol!) with same item he had refused to show any interest of wanting to purchase from me yet happily paid my friend cash for same item couple days later!! Mmmm!!!

Absolutely pleased with the service I get, when every time I visit this absolutely stunning, interesting shop, very friendly, nice to talk too, lots of interesting stuff to buy and talk about, just great customer service, the bad thing about this shop, I wish it could be bigger, so I could buy more things, lol, Thankyou Mr Mick Gurnhill, a genuine Man who loves his shop. I'd give you more stars if they was more stars. Thanks to Mr Mick Gurnhill, my collection of Stamps, Banknotes and Coins are coming on great. Getting a big collection now.

The owner is a bit full of himself. Just cos he is in a niche trade and specialist field but there is no need to be rude. Cant even look up when he’s talking to a customer. Avoid and go elsewhere.
