We went for a test drive today in a Subaru xv. We broke down a few miles from the garage in a very dangerous situation because the salesman had not put in enough fuel!!! He said he had checked it but the car was on a ramp when he did this!!!! We were put in a dangerous situation as a result of this poor service. Mazda leave a half tank of fuel so you can test drive in safety. Very poor .

Parking is very awkward. Some of the staff really go out of their way to help, others make you feel like an inconvenience.Their prices were good, hence why I used, but their customer service could be better.

My car had a metal object fly into it on the motorway. I needed it checked asap in case there was a radiator leak. Was told my car could be seen on the day so i dropped it off and stopped searching for other garages, unfortunately heard nothing most of the day then was told they wouldn’t be able to see it today. Shame.
