The atmosphere is great, nice entrance and shisha was great too with nice friendly customer service. Unfortunately, the place wasn't warm enough in cold weather you may feel cold and again toilets were very dirty. The place does have few hot drinks options but the drink wasn't hot enough it was more like wram (hot chocolate) bit disappointed on food options, I hope the place has more shisha flavours to choose from but overall good experience.

This place is the only shisha lounge I would ever step foot in, I would like to thank the staff especially for their warm welcome and amazing customer service, and especially Sarah and lee for making me feel welcome at the lounge and looking after me.I would highly suggest coming here as it’s unbeatable for the food, shisha and the service.

If there's one person who has gone above and beyond it's Sarah. From the minute we walked in she built such a good rapport with us. She found the right food to cater to our dietary requirements, she was warm, friendly & polite. Such a genuine soul , who just oozed positivity. The food was good, the shisha was nice and it was a nice relaxed place to hang out after work. Would definitely visit, especially if Sarah is working there! Thank u for your hospitality today.

I have come here 4 times and the shisha was below average every-time. In my recent visit here the women at the counter approached me, asking if my shisha is fine as I told her it was not she said it’s a shame we cannot satisfy you. I will not be coming here again, I do not recommend this place.

Everyone here is amazing not to mention the shisha and the ambience. I can’t recommend this lounge enough best one in Bradford.I’d like to thank Sarah and lee for their amazing service and always being so attentive to customers.
