Route one has some of the expected flaws that streetwear shops x skate shops fall into like overpriced clothing and no toilets however, this store has a welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, frequent sales and a variety of stock.

Returns policy means you can only get the money back on a gift card or exchange for another item when you buy in store. Much rather buy from another company that will actually give me my money back!

Online Store isn't very good. Ordered something online and they only realised it was out of stock when I emailed them 3 days later. Bristol store is good but Online store needs some work.

Fantastic Company.Always have a good selection.Really nice seeing their online side move to heavy duty paper packaging from plastic to become more environmentally friendly.I'm gutted your Leeds store closed all those years ago.
