Excellent service from this company. My builder recommended Ken and he didn't disappoint. He attended site within 2 hours of initial contact and had my report ready just 4 hours later. I feel the amount I paid represented good value for money.

Amazing service from Ken! We called him at 1pm, he came out the same day and we received the drawings and measurements later that evening. Really efficient with the job that we asked him to do and the report is very detailed! Could not have asked for better customer service and such a lovely gentleman too. Would definitely recommend. We used Ken for the steel calculations on our house renovation. The service from the beginning has been second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. The calculations came back the same day as the site visit. We have gone back countless times with questions and recieved instant responses.This is easily the best customer service I have ever had and we would recommend him to anyone!

After weeks of contacting structural engineers with no joy, Ken was recommended to me. I emailed him and he got back to me very quickly, we discussed the project and set a site visit. Hired Ken based on his reviews on here. Absolutely did not disappoint, called him in the morning, and he was on site later that day, he provided the calcs the following day. If you want a quick turn around with comprehensive drawings and info pack, them this is the man for the job....
