Great way to exchange my old games and take credit to put towards new ones- have been coming here for years now and cannot fault the service and friendly team. Only downside can be the queues if there are lots of people trading in a large amount. Was much better when there were separate queues in the old shop.

Always had a good experience over the years since this store opened. Recently traded in a handheld boxed console which was new and I was given the discounted price because the item was dropped on the floor by a member of staff. I don't agree with this and I will not be returning to this store in the future.

Not the first place I will go.If need cash fast good but they will give you very small money and sell triple or 4 times up what paid to you.Leave them for the very last option.
