AWFUL …. Recovered my vehicle . Damaged it .. told lies to their insurance company but remember that car cameras do exist to prove facts .. caught out big time … truth always prevails … wasn’t expecting apology .. oh yes didn’t get one !

Broke down yesterday in Birnam (12 miles from AUTO SERVICES PERTH) and rang my insurance and they got hold of RAC. Then RAC said they forwarded it to their partner in Perth which is this company. After waiting for 3.5 hours. A guy came with a flatbed vehicle and said he can tow us for 9 miles. Didn't bother to look at the car and check what's the problem. We asked if he can tow us to Perth where he came from, and he then said it was more than 9miles. So he's expecting us to okay him towing us in the middle of the field because that's how far he can take us. We politely asked if he knows any garage open (3.30 PM) he then said none. When we checked Auto Service opened until 12midnight. He could take us there but was not very helpful.

fff, flexible, friendly, fair... work hard to find best solution

Had a bad experience with them. Other customers was having a nightmare with them with I was in, should have been a warning sign. Picked van up and parts of my engine were on the front seats, had to be put back in the engine, big price and hand brake is broken again after been fixed by them a few weeks ago. Communication seems poor and I do not trust the staff at all.

Appalling. Breakdown cover? Happy to leave me stranded on M90 for 4 hours due to a shortage of vehicles? Never Heard such nonsense. Paid for service, didn't get it. Risked life to repair own car.
