The 1st time I was run down, stressed and extremely tired all the time. At the age of 51 I was over weight, falling asleep at 7pm every night on the sofa when I got home from work and generally feeling ill with no symptoms to point to.I walked out of my 1st visit feeling a good different" and vowed to myself this is my time now.
