Jamie and Sam from Biocraft spent 3 days at ours doing some damp proofing to the basement . They were super polite , respectful , ensured that everything was protected and then cleared up - the place looked cleaner after they left than before ! The work was done to a very high standard and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Extra star for Jamie having excellent taste in football clubs too !

Highly recommend BioCraft in terms of both service provided & quality of their work. They worked with us to complete damp proofing works on a new bathroom. It was a job that had been abandoned by another company and they were incredibly helpful taking on a difficult job. We received a positive can-do attitude on first assessment and the team carrying out the work were very professional and the standard of the work was very high. They even cleaned up after another tradesman we'd had onsite at the same time highlighting their courtesy and consideration for the customer.

After my landlord noticed damp Biocraft conducted a thorough inspection and reported back work was needed. My landlord instructed Biocraft to install a ventilation system in the attic. The work was done by Jordan and team, they were great getting the work done quickly and tidily. When they had finished Jordan explained how the system worked etc, and I noticed the difference the next day. I would 100% gladly recommend this company.

Biocraft did a great job in converting a damp storage room into an office space. This involved installation of a cavity drain membrane system, fitting a replacement door and window, electrical works and plastering. The work was completed to a very high standard. The team were very friendly and professional, and punctual too, working over a weekend to get the work completed quickly for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Biocraft.

Biocraft conducted an inspection after we noticed damp in two places. Their report was very thorough, but we didn't act on it for several months. Nonetheless, when we eventually contacted them about installing a couple of extractor fans, they were great. The work was done by Jordan and Simon, who got it done quickly and tidily. Biocraft carried out a Damp inspection on my property on the 17th of august 2022. Rather than identifying the issues the workman on the day decided he’d rather take photographs of my partners nickers on the washing line. The report done made very little sense and relied on false information claiming I don’t have doors in my property to avoid doing the job. To top it off he took a photo of my next door neighbours house to use as a front view photo. I can only assume the workman on the day was either drunk or suffering from heatstroke. They have also stated that black mould does not pose a health risk to chemotherapy patients. Avoid at all costs.

Cannot recommend the team at Biocraft more. Excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship and really easy to work with. They have now carried out internal damp treatment to 2 walls now for me and each time they have made everything from start to finish a pleasurable experience. While I don't want to have any more need for damp treatment work again... I won't hesitate to work with them again. Thanks Martin, Jill and team!

Woodland Tennis Club (Tilehurst, Reading) have used Biocraft several times for a variety of things over a few years. Most recently was installation of a new toilet, wall pannelling, flooring, wash basin, water heater, taps and related pipework. After being given a date for the work, it started when expected. The guys doing the work were courteous, helpful and polite. When there was a problem it was dealt with promptly with good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.
