I recently visited Simon Lee at his clinic for treatment to my ear lobes and am extremely happy with the outcome of the process. From start to finish Mr Lee, and his team, put me at my ease, with their friendly and relaxed manner that helped me to be at ease throughout. They were also very professional and conscious of my needs at all times. I will not hesitate to recommend this clinic’s services in the future.

I’m due to get married in December so I thought I’d start having regular facial treatments so popped along to Simon Lee and spoke with the lovely Sam. I told her what my concerns were to which she gave me some really good advice of what she thought I should have. She said she’d come up with a monthly treatment plan (some twice a month) tailor made for my specific needs. She emailed me later with a breakdown of what each treatment was going to achieve for my skins needs and as this package was bespoke and I was having so many the lovely ladies at Simon Lee gave me a discount and told me I could make quarterly payments which is very much appreciated. Mr Lee is an outstanding experienced plastic surgeon who takes a holistic view of what will give you the best results. As a nervous patient, I have always appreciated his caring approachable consulting manner and the care of his support team. I am incredibly happy with my surgical results and the care that I have received. I would highly recommend his services.

I was put onto Simon Lee from a Epliesy consultant at southmead hospital as they were friends. My fault i didn’t check his work. Silly me he carried out rhinoplasty on me.I needed a lump removed and a lump was put in other place and both nostrils are uneven. This still bothers me every single day day. Mentally it has scared me!once the money was paid they didn’t care to correct. Good luck

I had a friendly and comprehensive consultation at the clinic. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.

I went to Mr Lee to reduce the size of a nostril.I had a rhinoplasty with another surgeon 20 years that went wrong. I had this corrected as best they could a few years later.I had one nostril bigger than the other which really bothered me, so I went to Mr Lee to reduce it.He was very friendly and did a great job.He emailed me a quote for both the nostril reduction and a quote if I would want him to fully correct the initial rhinoplasty that went wrong.What I was very impressed with, was he sent 2 quotes for the full rhinoplasty. 1 quote to do it here in Bristol and another to do it in a Private hospital in Newport at a cheaper price because he new I wasn’t well off.I had been to other surgeons who not only quoted a lot more for a full Rhinoplasty but refused to quote for just a nostril reduction because it wouldn’t be worth their time.I would recommend anyone go to Mr Lee no matter what procedure they are considering.He will talk you through your options without any pressure and will reassure you through the whole process.

My experience of being a client at this clinic has been nothing but positive from start to finish. From first contact with Jane, Mr Lee's very communicative and efficient secretary to reception and nurses and finally to Mr Lee himself, I was shown the utmost professional care and attention, with the added bonus of informality and friendliness to put me at my ease. I had a lower face and necklift in July 2022, followed in November by excision of a bony lump on my forehead, both under local anaesthetic. I will admit to being nervous but I had nothing to worry about. I also felt that the cost for the two procedures was reasonable and not in any way exorbitant. I am very happy with the results of both procedures and would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.
