Excellent service, Ewa was absolutely lovely, very friendly and chatty. I opted for express 'Jessica Gel' nails in hot pink and Barbie pink combo. I highly recommend Ewa, I'm really happy with my nails and will definitely use again when I'm next at Gatwick.

I must have used airport massage in 20+ countries and without doubt the session I just had with Cheryl at Gatwick North Terminal was the best ever! As a regular massage user for an injury she was world class. Amazing Cheryl, thank you for your magic hands and starting my holiday off with a smile xx

I had the most fantastic massage from Horena. It was honestly the best I've had in ages and afterwards I felt completely transformed! She was also extremely kind, efficient and helpful. What a star!

I went to AeroSpa because I was experiencing cramps in my legs after previous international long haul flights. Before flying I had a 40 minute leg and foot massage at AeroSpa from Amelia which helped a lot. Highly recommend this place.

Had a quick massage before my flight with Horena. The massage was excellent and very relaxing, would highly recommend. Maya who was helping me on the desk was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience

I feel unhappy about the messy manicure I got at this place. Unfortunately it is gel and I will not be able to rectify this while on holiday. Every nail edge is messy, some of the nails are streaky and not fully covered. I do not like giving bad reviews but this resulted in wanting to hide my nails the moment I left. I had no time to feedback in person as I had to walk to my gate not to miss my flight. I spent 35 minutes there and paid £49 for this service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. The staff were sweet and friendly. I like the concept but the key is good execution.

Cheryl gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting back massages for decades and in my experience you can tell a good therapist the moment they first touch your skin. Cheryl was spot on right away. During the 30 minutes massage she was giving her best all the time. No cutting corners or letting up. Very kind, helpful and super skilled. During the massage I was contemplating what the cheapest ticket would be to get me through security so that I could have these massages again.Thank you Cheryl, you rock!

I had a 10 minute massage from Cheryl and it was absolutely amazing. So much more than I was expecting from an airport massage and I felt great after and ready for my flight. The only disappointment was that I didn’t book a longer one! Would highly recommend.

Rude! Sexiest and discriminating! What a bad experience. I’ve been refused to be served because of religion rules that doesn’t allow lady to touch the man. I told to lady that I’m not identifying myself as men because I’m non binary person and lady just start laughing front on my face . If reality and nowadays are too much for you I think you should start do your service in countries where nonreligion oriented people are not allowed to exist not on international airport.
