First of all, I’m definitely a meat person!I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience. The variety and quality of the food left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive.The buffet selection was incredible, offering a wide range of dishes to satisfy every palate. The freshness of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs were evident in every bite. I particularly enjoyed sweet and sour chicken and tofu – it was absolutely divine!The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, which is so important in a buffet setting. The entire dining area was well-maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my meal.I can't forget to mention the desserts - they were a sweet finale to a delightful meal. Try bread pudding, you won’t be regret.I highly recommend panda Mami for anyone who enjoys an outstanding buffet experience. It's a great place to dine with family, friends, or for special occasions. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious meals in the future.

Good food and friendly staff but the atmosphere is not the best and is feeling very crowded. The price is standard for the buffet, what is missing is the bottomless soft drinks. They operate pay on the arrival system and scan a qr code on the table for drinks. My visit was Sunday at lunch time and for all the time I have been there nobody was at the teppanyaky grill and this was quite a disappointment.

Was in Nottingham with the kids, couldnt decide where to go so on the off chance popped into Panda Mami without a booking and we got a table. Staff and service was excellent. Choice of food was phenomenal. Kids loved it aswell. You pay for the food as you go in so its only drinks once you are at the table which works very well. Thanks for a very pleasant experience

I come here few times now, seems the environment getting better, and the lamb skewer taste better as well. Had a quick chat with Italian chef which is come from Portuguese. He told me that every few weeks, some dish will change, so I cannot wait to come back again.

1. Found my chopsticks moldy after eating cant describe how disgusting it was! 2. I was charged £3.29 for a coke which is not correct either way. 3. Check in was incredible complicated, long waiting time because your payment had to be examined twice before you could have a seat as if everyone gonna run away! 4. Seafood not fresh. Don’t like the feeling to be served and seated.

Definitely a miss if you’re allergic to anything!First of all I’d like to say the waiters were really lovely, we were given a booth seat even though it was quite busy. My husband is coeliac so we let them know ahead and let the manager know on arrival. The labels on the main dishes were well done and any allergens were listed. Unfortunately most of the food was cold (even fries and freshly cooked seafood). The cold seafood at the start wasn’t very fresh and tasted like it was cooked from frozen. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay for £17.99 just to be given an echo falls!!!! (It’s around £4 a bottle of that!) No where in the description does it say the bottle was echo falls just Chardonnay, would have expected a better wine for that price! The curries were mostly very oily, and all blended into one flavour. The breaded salt and pepper shrimps and shrimps in the paella were unpeeled so we were just crunching on the shells. The desert section was unlabelled for allergens so we were unsure of what my husband could get. We checked with the manager and the chef about a chocolate mousse, and they said it was gluten free however when my husband ate it he bit into a chocolate covered biscuit ball, which obviously had wheat in. Some of their cakes said they were gluten free and some didn’t have any labels on. The chocolate fountain with sweets and marshmallows didn’t have any allergen signs either. The whole place was very much cafeteria vibes with the quality of the food. We paid around £60 for a bottle of echo falls, cold food and an allergic reaction. All presentation, no flavour and lacking soul.

Management system for guests arriving is extremely poor, queuing up for a reservation is very poor and made us over 40 minutes late.Asked for a booth on Web booking to be told can't have a booth for two people when arrived.Can't complain too much about the food, probably need to be a little quicker replenishing things.Atmosphere seems good with the other patrons here, however not much communication between the staff and guests on how things work.A duster wouldn't go amiss either on the cabinets where the desserts are kept.

Another Panda Mami is now opened in Nottingham at the old COSMO site. Absolutely amazing restaurant! It offers over 250 dishes! We have previously been in York and Chester branches and this is on another level! Payment was taken when we entered the restaurant and we scanned QR code to order drinks. Not an issue and very easy. We then went straight to the buffet and were absolutely spoiled by its choices! We all had a great meal and staff were all friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be back and recommend to our friends!
