I had a fantastic experience with purple lettings. Karina was so lovely and super helpful, she made sure my friend and I got our agreements signed off quickly before the rooms were taken. She made the whole process very easy and straightforward !!

I was inquiring for a friend whose family is coming from overseas. The agent only asked for the tenants details and just told me the number of tenants does not fit on the property even if i am trying to explain the circumstances. The agent wasn't helpful and sounded like she lacks interest on helping people to look for a place to rent/live. I would like to ask for further advice but she already put the phone down.

They broke the tenancy agreement and allowed work men to enter my bedroom while i was out without my knowledge who redecorated and painted the wall and broke my bed as well as leaving paint marks over the floor to which i am now being charged for. DO NOT RECOMMEND

One of the best student letting agencies in Plymouth. Our accommodation was finished to a high spec, well maintained and landlord is very present with any queries or maintenance issues. Know a few people who went with purple lets and all had a great year of tenancy.Book here if you want a stress free year!

I do not recommend purple lettings especially for someone like me with a different originality. I had sent in my application even before the viewing and was very ready to pay, I expressed how much I loved the apartment too. They asked too many questions about originality which I do not believe is necessary. few minutes after my viewing, I called the agency requesting for the payment details and they said other people are applying so they were not sure. After sending an email few hours later as I was very desperate to get it, said it was already gone. That wasn’t so nice as it kept happening not just once, got obvious they wouldn’t give it to me for any tangible reason and all I felt was discrimination. Never searching accommodation with them anymore!!

My partner and I had been trying to find a place for so long. When we finally found the right home in the right location, I was met by Amy Evans to show us around the accommodation, from that moment on she was quick to process paperwork, kept us updated and informed throughout the process and we’ve had no issues at all. Very happy with the service provided. Thankyou

Moved into our new house today and Karina helped us out with a situation with the keys, very lovely and sociable, made us feel very comfortable about the whole situation, and handled it very well!

I can not say a bad thing about Purple Letting! Karina is amazing!! She’s super kind and helpful. She’s always going above and beyond to help me and her kindness really does make all the difference. Any needs i have she will completely support me with and she makes everything super easy. Jake has also helped me with a lot and is always super happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. He is so kind! And Robyn is absolutely incredible, she went out of her way to support me with a personal problem i had, she stayed with me and comforted me throughout the whole time. This act of kindness helped me and meant so much to me. The team are absolutely amazing. They are quick to resolve all my situations and answer all my questions. Everything is easy from paying rent to requesting maintenance. Highly highly recommend☺️!
