I’m thrilled with my sheepskin rug, bought to transform a comfy but horrid coloured chair in my studio. It does the job perfectly! Robert was so helpful when I was ordering and the delivery was super quick. I can highly recommend.

Bought sheepskin slippers for just under £49 from Robert's Rugs Etsy shop. They fell apart with less than 2 months wear. Robert couldn't care less. After several messages eventually offered 25% off next purchase. I'm so disappointed.Edit: As you know I ordered these for Christmas and started my complaint in mid February. 5 stars were for the slippers before wear. You have not upheld your 3 month guarantee

Bought cute & cosy sheepskin booties as a gift. They were great for a few weeks but quickly showed wear on the sole. 6 months in and they have split and are only good for the rubbish bin. Really disappointing since the last pair from the market were half the price and lasted for a decade or more. I expected better quality. Messaged Robert but received no response. Will not be re-purchasing or recommending.Edit: Robert responded to review and offered 50% off a subsequent purchase. The slippers are guaranteed for 3 months and this wear is due to the natural leather material.

I wanted to place an order for the Genuine Rare Natural Sheepskin rug HERDWICK. But wanted it slightly larger than the ones on the website. I used the Live Chat option and asked if they had any larger ones. Robert immediately replied and told me the sizes vary and he found me a larger one. The rug then arrived the next day!! Absolutely beautiful perfect size and very thick and soft. Thank you so much for all you help Robert, 1st Class I couldn't recommend your shop more. 10 Stars !!!

Genuine high-quality, sheepskin rugs are what. Roberts rugs are all about. Excellent, customer service with swift dispatch and delivery. I bought two white sheepskin rugs initially, and was so impressed with the quality when they arrived, I bought another four in different colours. Robert himself rang to discuss the pile and the rugs I had chosen to make sure they suited. Two are on people beds and two on office chairs. Soft, luxuriant and keeping us toasty, cosy. We are delighted with our purchases. The customer service is superb. Robert is a conscientious seller and is passionate about quality. I feel very fortunate to have found Roberts rugs.

I got a pair of indoor only sheepskin slippers as a present and was so chuffed with them we kitted the whole family out with them. Toasty feet all round! Now in their second winter and still going strong despite taking the bin out in them a couple of times! Hate Uggs, love these!

I have just received my second Quad natural sheepskin rug from Roberts Rugs and it honestly is so stunning and amazing I am so so happy. The colour and quality of the rugs is beyond words and I have found that the customer service I have received is 200% . I have never been so excited about a purchase and will visit Robert Rugs again in the near future and with such quality I would be a fool not to.
