Highly recommend! We contacted Essex Property Services in an emergency regarding some roof tiles that fell off during the storm and I cannot fault our experience. They were polite, professional, punctual and very accommodating. The work was carried out within a matter of days from our initial contact and they are very competitively priced compared to other companies we contacted. I can not thank Essex Property services enough for their professional and efficient job that they did replacing our flat roof in time for the rain coming. We had an extensive consultation prior to the job being done and they completed it within the time frame that they gave. All the staff were respectful of us and our house at all times and they left the place clean and took all their rubbish. We were so impressed by their standards that we will using them again for other building work we require at the house. Highly recommend

My Garage roof had a tree growing out of it and a lot of general mess. The guys turned up nice and early and did a wonderful job cleaning it. Looks like new. They also sorted out my guttering around my house which was in a poor state. Finally they also sorted out my front wall. I have used them before and after this would definitely use them again.

Oli & Tom & Dan installed a new Flat roof for me after I had had a leak . Oli came quickly to quote & all communication was good prior to job . The job was done very efficiently and to a very high standard & professional & all rubbish was taken away at the end. I would highly recommend Essex property Services & would use them again when I need other work done.
