All aspects of a house/home move can be stressful but in my recent experience, the choice of Rodgers Residential for the sale ensured that it was stress-free. The quality of photography and digital presentation of the property exceeded my expectations as did the number of viewings which were all managed without a hitch. Useless People! Rented their property for a year had issues there which they never fixed and at the end of the tenancy they took out a lot of my deposit! Was never able to contact one responsible person. Wouldn't advise such a Real Estate Agency.

Natasha is as useful as a square wheel. She doesn’t know the definition of a deposit and any questions you ask her she doesn’t know. Terrible customer service. They also don’t put your deposit into TDS.

My property was listed with Rogers residential on Friday 18th August - the contract was for a minimum 4 week sole listing agreement with a 14 day notice to cancel.During the first 2 weeks of the listing there was one viewing on Tuesday 29th August. The agent rang me on Thursday 31st August but I missed the call so I sent an email on the Friday 1st September instead to which I received no reply on the day.Due to the lack of viewings and feedback I decided to pull the listing and emailed on Saturday 2nd, giving my 14 days notice to end the listing. I got an email that day from James saying that he’d “stop putting any more valuable business time into this and remove the property on Monday”. He also noted that another viewing was taking place that day (I had not been informed of this in advance which is not appropriate considering this is my home after all). So in spite of my email stating I was giving my 14 days notice to cancel the listing, the agent took an unprofessional and rather immature stance and said that the listing would be pulled on Monday AM and my keys would be available at reception to pick up.

My experience with Rodgers Residential was absolutely great. My tenancy lasted one year and during that period of time they were always on the line when needed. Always thoughtful and engaged. Very professional and ambitious young team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rodgers Residential to anyone.

Totally unprofessional people and patronising manager at the time I was returning the keys from a rental property when I sincerely didn’t know where to leave the keys explaining to them what happened. They made it my fault & they weren’t helpful at all. Made me look stupid rather than understanding that I didn’t know! I returned the keys in an apartment mailbox as the agent told me it’s okay to put it in the ‘mailbox’ (which was located inside the ground floor of an apartment complex). My first rental property experience and you just made it so horrible as sincerely I didn’t know what the person on the phone meant when they mentioned “just put it in the mailbox” as I thought they were pertaining to the mailbox in my apartment complex. It would have been helpful to specifiy where it is and not be so dismissive when the issue came as people sometimes don’t have any experience RETURNING KEYS as this is their first rental experience. An agent fought with me on the phone telling its my problem and to deal with it myself or else I would have to be charged. Didn’t know that they have a mailbox outside the office. They were not the rental property I was with when I took the keys as they took over halfway through the rental contract. In addition to this, the report after I returned the keys (when I was able to retrieve it) claimed dust setting in the apartment. I think they just continued to be horrible to me for this. They reviewed the apartment a couple days later. So obviously there would be a just a few dust on the floor already but they tried to claim a cleaning fee in the report where they took a picture of the floor and you couldn’t see the microscopic dust. They tried any excuse to get money out of the renters. I disputed this and WON against the ridiculous claim. So no cleaning fee deducted from my downpayment that the landlord wants to ripped me off.

Natasha has called the police on me for leaving a bad google review as well as called me names and said racial slurs to me because she doesn't like black people. I am disgusted by there lack of professionally. I am taking this information to every news complaints scheme and a solicitor. Don't ever threaten me again. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The estate agent. Showed me a property. And the gal who showed me the property was sweet and lovely. But I spoke to I believe Kimberly on the phone and she said, Oh yeah, we're going to go ahead and move forward with you for this property. I said great, go ahead and send me an e-mail with the information to put this through to pay the deposit and she asked me to have my husbands details so that they could finish the application. I said perfect. I'll have him do that today, send the information over to me. He sent the information over the same day. They did not get back to me. This was on a Thursday. I phoned on Friday and I didn't even get a response back. Then I phoned again on Monday and they said that Kimberly was on holiday and had not told anybody that she had already agreed the property to me. I phoned again on on. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. And was told every single time that they had no idea what Kimberly had done and. They could not do anything about this because she was on holiday. I phoned again on Monday and she said, Oh well, the landlord went with somebody else and I said but you already agreed it to me and little does she know, verbal contracts are binding in court. So I fully plan to take this to court because she voided A verbal contract. Without cause and gave me an excuse. What am I supposed to do? Not give the other person the property, I said. Absolutely, you promised it to me first. Therefore the contract is binding. I'm not the one who rejected the contract and you had no grounds to reject the contract on. So I've already filed A complaint with the. Property redress scheme. And fully planned to take this to small claims court. The discriminative behaviour of Rogers Residential is abysmal. Natasha in the office was so disrespectful and absolutely Arrogant and rude. When I explain the situation, she basically laughed at me. Well, who's laughing now? I promise you this will not be the end of me.
