Another fabulous cut from Natalie ontop of brilliant colour from previous visit by her. Listened to what I wanted, recommended options as my hair v thick & generally made me feel a million dollars leaving the salon! Also did a great first haircut for my very fidgety 3yr old with bagful of patience & calmness, most impressive :-)

Do not attend this salon if you’ve got curly hair. The stylist didn’t know how to cut, dry or style my hair, the products used on it weren’t suitable either. Honestly the worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life. My haircut with them was just under a year ago and I’m still dealing with the negative effects of it.

I had a cracking men's cut with Suzie yesterday. She really ensured I was happy with each stage of the cut, very friendly and warm, and she didn't rush at all. Delighted with the result, and I'm a fussy customer when it comes to my hair!. Steve also excellent fun, chatting in the background. I'll be back.

I used to go there but none of the stylists stayed very long.there is a constant churn of staff. You find one stylist who's good and then within three months they're gone.It's fine but there are better salons with permanent staff

My wife recently visited here for a cut and blow dry from the Stylist. She told the stylist what she wanted, which was a fringe to be cut in but to leave the length alone. What she received was a fringe and around 4” taken off her length. The cut was longer at the back than the front and not at all what she asked for. She was very upset paid and left. I went into talk to them when I got in form work. The manager, Steve, was quick to want to find out what had happened and said he would call me back the next day to discuss. When he phoned back the next morning I explained that my wife uses her hair as a security blanket and the length is what she cherished and suffered with anxiety. He did and offer for my wife to go back into the salon to discuss the situation.She went in a few days later and after a quick consultation she was told that it wasn’t that bad and would grow back by maybe Feb next year. Extensions were a waste of money, but if wanted then he would do so at a different salon for trade price. He also offered for my wife to go in every few weeks for a trim to make sure that her hair looked fine until she was happy with the length. I spoke to him to find out the cost from him for extensions, and was told that the trade price would be only for the extensions and would have to pay full price for them to be fitted. I asked for the price anyhow.When he finally gave me the price a few days later we have decided that while his offers were generous all we wanted was our money back and to sort it out ourselves,(his discounted extension price was more expensive then we had been quoted from other local salons). He promised that he would get the refund for the original cut and blow processed that evening, or first thing the next morning. The refund had not been processed by 11:00 the next morning so I went in to find out when it would be. I was told I was not promised it that quickly and that the person who had to process it was not in on Sat, as it was her day off, and it would be processed at sometime over the weekend. I said OK and if not I’d come back in the next working day until it was. At this point Steve asked me to leave as I was being in his words ‘acting like a dick’ and also that I was on CCTV and that as I was acting like this I would now not get the refund.This is a warning to anyone else going into the salon that be prepared that if the cut you go in for is not what you walk out with that you will be accused of threatening behavior. Steve is someone that has never had to deal with a person suffering from anxiety and who uses their hair as their security blanket.

Brilliant hairdressers, friendly and professional!!! Happy with the whole experience, great colouring and haircut by Olivia. And to top it all, even had a glass of wine. Definitely will be going back again. Thank you Grace & Olivia xxx

I had a balayage done by Suzi yesterday and I am so happy with it!

First colour and cut at this salon today with the Manager Grace. Would I go back? Definitely!! The colour was great, the cut was great and I felt great when I left the salon! Welcoming decor on the ground and first floor and an even warmer welcome from the staff. I chatted with my new stylist like we were old friends and had known each other for years. And, it had nothing to do with the very generous glass of Malbec that was poured for me to enjoy whilst I had my hair cut!
