Unfortunately not a good review. Been to pick up our dogs after a week away, they have lost soo much weight they look neglected. They smelt so bad of urine and have not been the same dogs since very quiet and subdue. We really had high hopes that the dogs would be looked after. I was so shocked the 1st thing I did was cry for my dogs.

Took a lovely dog from them three weeks ago, but sadly had to return him due to him having a fall out with my current dog. The guy at Acorn kennels was fantastic, applauded me for taking on a rescue, gladly took the dog back and just asked me for feedback on his behaviour whist in my care, told me not to stop searching for the right rescue he’ll come along one day, I really can’t say enough good things about them at Acorn, outstanding and really do care about the dogs in their care.

Absolute rip off merchant's. Only in it for the money. Had to pay £300 for an unvaccinated puppy, which were donated to the kennels for free an had the food paid for by the people who donated them. I'm all for helping towards less fortunate dogs but was very disappointed to find this out. Also puppies kept in poor conditions, in a shed in the middle of winter, with nothing for warmth but there little helpless bodies.

Amazing kennels. Our two dogs always come out looking well and happy. We wouldn't use any other kennel service.

It's okay. If the right people are working when you drop off your dog, we have used them a few times now, and all but 1 went perfectly. Last time was atrocious and picked up our dog and looked like had been neglected, would've been 4*s but cannot recommend after that

This kennel currently has 2 dogs that were stolen from their loving home, when contacted to say they have a home they want £200 each dog to pick them up! They are currently trying to rehome them on there FB page!!!!Absolutely disgusting!I would not recommend these people only after money!

This kennel has STOLEN somebody's family pets which were originally stolen from their home. Trying to rehome them or charge obscene amounts of money for their rightful owner to get them back. Absolutely disgusting. No morals, only about the money. AVOID and pray your found lost or stolen dogs never get took to this kennel. VILE!
