I have often had one of these pasties, but last Saturdays was exceptional. The gravy lasted to the final bite. Perhaps it was the ing\redients or did you use a different chef.? It was the best shop: pasty I have tasted, and I was born and reared on my late nun's pasties/ Well done. I shall look forward to Saturdays pasty days now. Ann

Great place. gluten free and vegetarian pasties. Called an hour before to make requests. One of the the best gluten free pasties my wife has tasted.Very friendly and nice.Covid safe, seems like they took the points onboard from the other reviews.Definitely recommend.

Horrific runaround of an experience. We spoke to Marion and came to their factory/ “restaurant”, as advertised online as well as by her. Once arrived, we found a sad, almost completely empty storefront, no restaurant (turns out they leased it to a trampoline jump park company!) and most importantly absolutely nothing gluten free, nor anything cooked for my gluten-eating husband. A few stale looking cream puffs do not a “full bakery/ diner/ restaurant” make.After being given the runaround by the male employee working there, who was too busy chatting on the phone to acknowledge us for 10 minutes, then told us to wait while he finished his chat, we were sent away with “all we have is frozen food, nothing else”.I am so incredibly disappointed, and cannot believe the waste of an afternoon to get to this place, especially considering that the owner, Marion, had every opportunity on Facebook messenger and via email to tell me the truth and tell me that they don’t have the restaurant anymore, nor do anything other than frozen gluten free.

We came here specifically to get cakes for the whole family, because we have some gluten free people. We were told that there was nothing gluten free left and that the sweet option they usually have is a meringue. To be honest, for somewhere that advertises catering for gluten free, only offering a meringue and then running out by 1pm is pretty disappointing.However cakes are yummy and the staff were lovely. Just frustrating that we had to then go home without catering for everyone.

Staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The parking is great and if not there is always space nearby and the food is reasonable priced! Made our camp mornings more bareable! Thank you!

We love the Portreath Bakery! We ordered lots of their scones for our wedding and they were absolutely delicious. We had so many positive comments from our guests. Thank you for the great service and yummy scones!

An excellent bakery and the pasties are fantastic. Perfect in every way.The bread is great and there's a huge range of other baked goods, both sweet and savoury, to choose from.Make sure you get a coffee too, as it's great!Very highly recommended
