Absolutely stunning place with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy and both children and pet friendly.

Peaceful location, great for mountain bikers, hot tub a great addition. A warm welcome guaranteed, highly recommended!

This was mine and my partners second stay at safe haven lodges. We travelled from Scotland to visit family. The owner Dafydd is fantastic!! Nothing is too much for him. Lodges are spacious, well presented. Hot tub had a small issue Dafydd rectified this straight away. Very friendly owner. Quiet area. Great night sleep every night. BBQ facilities available which we had good use of. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Very happy and will be back soon for another visit. Great prices for 5 night stay. Loved it!!

Just got back here from treating my girlfriend to 2 nights away for her birthday. I cannot recommend this place enoughThe owner, Dafydd, was extremely welcoming right from the start. The lodge was very clean, and you can tell care is put into each preparation for guests arrival.The hot tub was large, clean, and had a built in bluetooth speaker which was a nice bonus. The location was excellent too, with lovely views and 2 large supermarkets within a ten minute drive away.I will definitely be wanting to revisit Dafydd and his lodges, and will be recommending to any friends/family.

Just returned from an early spring trip to Wales. These lodges are beautifully maintained, the area is gorgeous and the hosts are really friendly and helpful but leave you to it so it feels like you have the place to yourselves which was lovely.All I would say is that if you want to eat at any local pubs book in advance, there aren't a lot of places and they get full quickly.

Spent the past 2-3 days here and had SUCH a pleasant stay. The lodge was packed with convenient amenities, lovely homely furnishings and surrounded by a forest with a river that served as the perfect white noise for an afternoon coffee on the veranda. The owner of this place was so accommodating and honest, and we felt that he genuinely cared for our needs. You get real family business vibes, adding more of a personal touch than what you'd find in a Premier. An added bonus was the large hot tub down the side of the lodge fitted with Bluetooth speakers. We feel very encouraged to return here given we revisit South Wales again soon.
