Mayaju Nail & Beauty

Just returned from this salon. The staff are WONDERFUL however the service is TERRIBLE. Shellac - Lauren did my manicure. The paint is really thick and gooey on my nails. I will probably have to get it re-done in 10 days before it starts peeling.Pedicure - TERRIBLE. They had no concept of cleaning under the nails. My heels look worse than before my pedicure because they do not use anything to FILE the heels after the use of the heel grater. They do not know how to remove even the slightest ingrowth toe nail. And Here' the WORST part - there is no fan to dry off your toe nails. She literally sent me away from the salon withmy toes wet. Terrible service, never returning.Pictures speak for the quality.

I had my nails done in the salon a couple of weeks ago; it was my first and probably last visit. Initially I thought she did a good job but when I looked at my nails closely I realised that she didn't cut out the cuticles! I wasn't happy but still I didn't leave a review straight away, because I don't like complaining. But now, 2 weeks in, the shellac is already peeling off on some nails, and as the nails keep growing the gap between the skin and the nail is really visible. From previous experience, this is what it should look like after 4 weeks, not just 2! I went in there with high hopes due to good reviews but unfortunately I am very disappointed as it looks messy and not good quality at all. Just to clarify, the photo is what it looked like on the day I had the nails done.

I hv been using Mayaju now for quite a few months and I can say I am very impressed with the very high standards. I am extremely fussy . I have a full manicure and pedi , which includes a scrub, massage, nails & toes manicured including my cuticles and then shellac finish. Reena, Beth, Lauren & Lilly are all very welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. Even when I have damaged a nail , if I pop in the salon they always sort it out for me. I have also tried some of the facials , which I was also delighted with. Mayaju is by far the best salon In Romsey

Mayaju is such a lovely salon with friendly staff and great service. Lauren did a great job with my lash lift and colouring!Would recommend and will be coming back! :)

First time I came here to get Nails, Toes and Eyebrow threading.Absolutely Fantastic customer service, did an excellent job! I moved here from West Midlands in regards to my Work. The Girls made me Human again !Definitely recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else here in Romsey.
