Friendly female staff member; very sweet and helpful. Quick service - I was returning and collecting. A trolley would have been useful, since I had to stand in a queue holding a heavy returns item - hence only 4 *s.Overall good experience marred only by the incredibly rude male customer, shouting to the lovely young lady serving me and demanding to be served immediately, since it was costing him money to stand in a queue! She called the manager who did serve him, despite quite a few other customers still waiting. I would have asked him to leave! Nasty man!

Always have a good experience at the Ruislip branch, staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.Staff are really well trained!Had a great experience yesterday from the young lady helping me find lock nuts.Very receptive, enthusiastic and polite person.

Ok, I was telling the whole story but ran out of characters. So, Yathu, the deputy manager saw my disappointment at having to put the wheelbarrow I ordered together. He very kindly did this for me in the car park. He was kind, patient and so helpful. I am really grateful to him, he's a star!

Cheap mini electric heater I always pick up from here, well worth it! Only reason I've broken a few of them over the years is from spilling some drinks over them or sumn like that. First time I'd been to this Ruislip one, got exactly what I needed, on time and everything, staff were helpful.

I had a problem with an electrical item that stopped working , after some persistence the customer service team refunded my item even though it was out of warrantee . For that reason 5☆☆☆☆☆
