i recently used Dragon Cycles to build an adult size tricycle this week. Phil was very professional, and always on time. He worked very hard to put my bike together and was really helpful. His price to assemble the bike was next to nothing and he came to the house to build the bike which was very convenient for me.The next day the chain came off the bike, as I am a amateur at bikes he came within minutes and resolved the problem which meant I kept my promises to my kids.I have gone bike riding with the kids everyday and loved it!If you are stuck or need anything contact Phil he is amazing!!Thank you for your service.

Absolutely terrible people gave them my bike to service ( platinum) when it I could have said gold or standard service after I received my bike back there was a cruching noise in my motor took it back to them said they sorted it after telling me the motor is on its way out next day the motor completed died said they were coming to collected the bike never turned wouldn't answer any of my text or calls from since 28th aprilThing is I bought the bike off them & any work I wanted doing to it they would do it then all of a sudden just gone all weird him & his daughter

I can't praise Dragon Cycles and Ella enough for the excellent customer service provided. During what was an exceptionally busy week for the shop, Ella serviced my E bike in such good time.The standard of workmanship is second to none. My bike rides as well as it did when I first bought it. The overall cost of servicing and replacing various items on my bike was incredibly cost effective, and much better than other local bike shops.I will most definitely be returning to them for all my cycling needs, and I will be recommending them to all others. I recently had my Pashley TR1 converted with a Bafang pedal assist motor. Dragon cycles were exceptional, making the whole process very easy from start to finish. They collected my trike, converted it and brought it back to me all in a matter of days. They were very friendly and everything was fully explained. I am now zipping along very nicelyand look forward to many years of confident pedalling. Thank you, I would definately recommend.

An absolute pleasure to know (given the often bad experiences of other ebike maintenance shops elsewhere). Phil and Ella always are on hand to chat to about any query, they try their best to have a look to see if they can do anything with any ebike to match the needs of their customers. They tidied the cabling up on my cutomised ebike, did an electrical check and managed to source a top-notch battery upgrade. Payment options are Cash (which is always nice), as well as payment plans via card. Would certainly (and have on more than one occasion) recommend them :)
