I booked in here by chance to have a tyre fitted that I ordered from black circles. I asked to have my alignment checked as well as the tyre fitting- I was told the alignment was only a little off so was not charged the full price. I appreciated the honesty and this gesture. I returned again this week for a slow puncture repair and was advised my rear brake pads needing replacing. With my MOT due shortly this was helpful to know and they fit me in this weekend for this to be sorted. Staff are very helpful (especially the one man who I think might be the manager) and friendly and I don't feel uncomfortable as a young woman there. The place is always busy so that speaks volumes!

On our way to Alton Towers & the tyre blew on the motorway. We limped off the motorway with a flat tyre, thankfully this place was close. They were really busy being a Saturday & fitted us in no problems. They couldn’t do enough for us. Got it sorted very quickly & we were on our way. Thank you!

Booked in for two tyres at 1pm, arrived 10 mins late and we're unable to assist me until 2pm. I went home and came back at 2pm to have to wait outside for over an hour for a couple of tyres ! Won't use this place again.
