Nim's Thai Kitchen

I've ordered from Nims on multiple occasions, both for pick-up and delivery, and the food has generally been quite good. However, my recent experience left me disappointed. I ordered dishes including sticky rice, but unfortunately, the food was only warm at best, with the pad Thai being the only dish that was properly warm. This was surprising and frustrating, especially considering I had spent £50 on the order and paid a delivery charge.When I reached out to Nims to express my concerns, I was met with a lack of understanding and unhelpful responses. It was disheartening to encounter this level of customer service, especially when I've had positive experiences in the past. I even mentioned that I might not order again due to this experience, and their response was simply 'okay then.'Nims offers delicious and authentic food, and I've enjoyed it in the past. However, the inconsistency in food temperature and the disappointing customer service make it a hit-and-miss experience. While the food itself has potential, the delivery and customer service aspects need improvement to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers."

This is the most authentic tasting Thai food I’ve had in a long while!! So delicious, best one in the area. Nim’s is a must! 5 stars ⭐️

Had my first takeaway tonight… Bloody lovely! Well worth the money! Very tasty and great portion sizes! Very impressed and I will be ordering again!

One of the nicest ,freshest curries i have had I went for Massaman Curry and my wife went for Pad Thai both were wonderful ! Highly recommended

first time I've been here, wow I picked a couple of dishes and the fella behind the ramp said try the Moo Ping as a starter what a great choice I'll be back for more soon

It’s our first time ordering from here. Have to say, can’t fault the food, served hot, fresh ingredients, very flavourful. Will definitely be trying other dishes.
