Hampshire Dental Care

My experience here has been amazing. I have had really good advice from the dentists who have helped me to make the best decisions for my teeth. I have received both dental and orthodontic treatment, all of my appointments have been on time and I have been really happy with the outcome. I am always made to feel comfortable which is really important. The reception staff are also very helpful and always friendly. Winklebury dental practice are by far the best dentist that I have been to, I would recommend them to anyone seeking dental or orthodontic care.

My family and I have been using Winklebury Dental Practice regularly for nearly 40 years since moving to Basingstoke. There have not been very many changes in personnel over that time, but all members of staff - past and present - have been professional, competent and friendly. It might sound weird, but we actually enjoy our visits - despite my wife and I having had dreadful experiences elsewhere in the country.The dentists are committed to preventive dentistry, but whenever treatment is required, it is effective, efficient and (most of all) painless. Appointments are extremely well-managed. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time and have been given emergency appointments when required - usually within 24 hours.Overall, I would highly recommend this practice.

I decided to use Hampshire Dental care as someone I worked with had used them prior. From the moment I spoke to this surgery, they were more than willing to help at whatever cost. When I was experiencing pain, I called and once again, they were happy to accommodate. Initially, I saw Amita as an emergency patient and she confirmed I needed to have a tooth extracted. Amita was very assuring, calm and collected, due to this I knew I was in safe hands. This process was efficient and the following week, I was booked in for an extraction with Bobby. Having attended the surgery for my operation, both Lucy - the dental nurse and Bobby were thorough and again reassuring. When coming to settle my bill, a payment plan was suggested which was hugely beneficial for me. Lucy is also a huge asset to the business, she is confident and knowledgable, good under pressure and very reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgery from start to finish, they were incredible. I would suggest this practice to anyone especially those who may struggle with anxiety.

Such a super efficient practice. The team are all so lovely and professional. My teeth are now in great condition and I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore as Tamara is super gentle with me. I actually look forward to going.

Excellent dental practise. Attentive, communicative and friendly staff.Emphasis on oral hygiene and preventative care ensures my teeth are healthy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was fitted with a composite Denture. After going back numerous times to have it adjusted, it was still defective. So much so, that it cut my lip and caused so much discomfort. Eventually I lost all my faith in Amita that I returned the item and got a refundI had no choice going private as I couldn't register with a NHS dentist

I am one of 'touch me not', 'no needles' types of a patient and could be a pain to the doctor in addition to self being adverse to the thought of pain; however I must say that my first ever RCT and implant experience was very pleasant and more importantly painless at Hampshire Dental care.Dr Amita is very knowledgable and she along with her team took great care of me throughout the process. I was clearly explained the process at every stage and happily admit that the entire experience was painless.They also have tieups with most private insurances providers (I had to also get an overseas patient once to them) who was treated on cashless basis.They are surely my goto dental surgery and I would happily recommend them for all dental care needs.
