I really enjoyed my pie and coffee but the waitress Ellie was working very hard but wasn’t very friendly. Please can Ellie make me one of those dinosaur cookies.

Really friendly staff particually with our special needs residents. Belle in particular as she was able to sign and make alterations to the meal to meet the needs of our residents .food was lovely we will be returning soon.

Lady who took order was very nice friendlyFood not so good. You can’t call it a toastie when you serve 2 slices of barely toasted floppy bread with ham and cheese thrown in then throw n grill for few minutes. Cheese n lumps melted bread floppy n barely warm. Not worth £4.25 not even half that. Advertising sweet treats noting like the delicious looking cakes in these pictures the choice. Scone, cake that looked as if had been there ages and a Carmel cake hardly sweet treats.It was cold inside I appreciate its half covered in glass but there used to be heaters now nothing so very coldSorry won’t return as all 4 of us disappointed ☹️2 stars because the lady was very friendly and helpful

Visited for coffee and a scone. We queried with the staff if we had received a plain scone rather than fruit as it only contained 1 raisin. The staff member did say it was a fruit scone and offered to change it for another scone which had a few more raisins in. Fortunately we spotted the insect on the bottom of our second scone before eating it! Reported it to staff member no offer of even a refund. Needless to say we won't be visiting again!Thanks for response. Visit was at the parkway centre on the morning of 24th July. I've got a photo but chose not to upload it. Today I went in for a little lunch with friend. A little two year old boy was running round the cafe. Like it was a play area. The sharp corners of the tables and chairs were a danger. No staff said anything. This was so uncomfortable to be in.

Lovely friendly staff. Great decaf coffee which is not always the case in some cafes. Bacon sandwich is delicious. Great place to chill.

In here presently, staff are fantastic, they made mums teacake exactly as she asked, panini was lovely but the main thing is how they are with their customers, so friendly, welcoming, nothings a bother, you can see they actually make people's day, especially the elderly customers. They should be so proud of themselves !!
