I would give no stars if I could. You do not get your results and no one answers your call so I guess its not a 24 hours service. False advertising i dare say

DO NOT book your day 2 & 8 with this lab! They do not give results! They are listed on the government website but it has been almost a week since they've had my husbands day 2 kit and still no results! Its been almost 3 days since he sent his day 8 and still no results! There were a few days where they didn't even answer the phone! We'll be reporting them to ensure they are removed from the approved list. We would have posted with 0 stars but I have to select at least 1 star
