I like this place.

Very dissapointed by the treatment coming from a charity. Young tall girl with blue eyes was very rude with me and my daughter. A shame really since the shop si quite nice

They seem to receive a lot of quality clothes! Love it!

I love this store, the layout and general vibe is really cool. I make sure to visit each week that I'm in Bristol. I've managed to score some very cool pieces that are good quality and well-priced. Some items are over-priced for what they are i.e. a sweat stained cotton t shirt for £7. The pricing can be a bit hit and miss and of course they have overheads to cover. But overall really like visiting this shop and for a great cause. The layout could be improved as it's a bit of a jumble in the back part and stock is often dropped on the floor or crammed too tightly onto the rails. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but overall very friendly and helpful.
