If you live there you have 2 options: freeze or sell your kidney to heat up the place ...and it is a good 15 minutes or more walk to get to the nearest bus stop!

Adequate. Had basic what you needed.Just so far away from msin door and bus stop.Good value price wise.

It's quite far away from town, therefore, basic necessities are far from reach and not really accessible.

Lived there from November 2016 to February 2020. It is a horrible place to live. The EPC rating of my house was an E, which although legal, was not ethical. The house was extremely cold during the winter months and my first winter there it cost me 2000 pounds from January till March to heat the house. As to why I stayed there so long if it was so miserable it's because my son had made friends with the neighbours' kids.You can get something for the same price that's a lot more heat efficient and less costly to rent than this accommodation. Avoid like the plague. Anyone renting in Scotland needs to rent a house with EPC C and gas central heating at bare minimum. Unless you enjoy paying all your salary to the electric company.
