Simply a wonderful veterinary group!After a very frightening week for us, I’m pretty sure our puppy golden retriever Neville feels like he’s been on holiday with the guys at Priory!! They were incredible at keeping us up to date and making sure they were doing everything possible to make him well. Now when we pass he’s desperate to get inside. Thank you for showing him lots of love and making his first real vet experience a good one for him!!❤️

My dog became unwell while staying near Christchurch. After medication didn't help he had a scan on the 3rd visit showing he needed an op to remove bladder stones which Sophie was able to do that afternoon and he is now well on the mend. Sophie was great. The staff including reception were all great at keeping you informed and offering advice. Thank you all for your help.

My dog had a very thorough assessment, plenty of useful information about hydrotherapy, allergies and what Priory group can provide.Friendly efficient service, and I left feeling money well spent.

Beware of charges. Our dog had a small eye cyst removed. After paying initial investigation charges, we accepted a quote of £370 to have the cyst removed .After 3 hours at the vets, we were given a bill for £566 without any warning of additional charges.Cannot fault the service, however bill was over 50% more than original quotation.

We were woken at 0145 by our neighbour whose dog was in agony. I phoned Priory Vets and took the dog and neighbour in. The duty Vet, Marcus, was outstanding and they kept the dog in overnight and rmthe next day. Unfortunately it had to be put down as the pain was too great. Top marks to Priory Vets

I write this with a very sad heart. We had to have our lovely kitten Jade put to rest due to a rare illness. Imogen and all the wonderful staff showed so much kindness and compassion, which really did make a very awful time a little more bearable. They gave us time to say goodbye and when I went to collect her ashes there was so much love and understanding. I would never go anywhere else. Love to you all for being such lovely people. xx

Really kind and caring staff.A separate waiting area for cats with things available to make it less stressful for them (feliway diffuser, table to put cat boxes on, blankets to cover boxes etc...)Easy parking and a good service. Thank you.

Excellent vets but disgusted that as early as after 5pm is now regarded as out of hours and the consultation hikes from £53 to £153. Some people work to 6pm as standard but then not surprised by this level of service at all nowadays.
