Trio salon by Farah - Loughton

Bought a groupon voucher - 90 minutes back massage and facial. Done by Harpreet- very little communication throughout- in the room when you’re changing, taking your bra off. Literally had to ask her to leave. Feels like they don’t respect dignity - same with putting clothes on she just walks in whilst your dressing.The back massage was okay the facial on groupon is a scam in my opinion, she put some creams on and left me in total lying on a bed for 35 minutes not doing anything. The room was also super hot that towards the end I couldn’t bare how uncomfortable the experience was. Won’t be going back. Don’t know how they have such good reviews- maybe it depends on who does the treatment. Overall an unpleasant experience. Expected a lot more.

Farah is polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A very thorough experience and quick. I felt very comfortable with her and went because she uses the “hot wax” method which I prefer.If you choose Farah, you won’t regret it. Thanks so much!

I have my eyebrows threaded at Trio regularly. I am picky when it comes to my brows, but always very happy with the result. They are always accommodating when it comes to squeezing me in between appointments! Couldn’t recommended enough

I had my chin and upper lip at Trio salon.It was my first experience so I waited for approximately two weeks to put a review. I must say I'm impressed with the result.I mean it is nearly three weeks now and my chin is hair free. This feels so fantastic. Had a very good facial and back shrub by harpreet at the Loughton branch.

This is not even a 1 star in my opinion.My sister had booked a 90 minute facial and back massage package x2 for us. We were booked into the Loughton branch, upon arriving we had called several times to no avail. We decided to call the Ilford branch to see if they had any idea of why there is no one at the salon in Loughton.The worker had rudely stated we arrived at the wrong branch (however this was not the case) prior to this, the time was changed twice to which we had no issue with. The worker then stated it is not their responsibility. We asked if we could travel to the Ilford branch to which she replied “only one person will be able to be seen”. (Clearly indicates that we would not have been seen regardless of going to the “so called” correct branch). (Did not get a name, whoever had been on shift at Ilford branch, 24/06/23 at 4PM)Phone call resulted in being hung up on to then being blocked!I would avoid this place unless you enjoy getting disappointed. Rude customer service and did nothing to rectify her errors, did not even offer an apology!

I'm very happy with the results of the laser hair removal. I have been attending the salon for many years and have had many laser sessions, on quite a few areas. The results have been fantastic. The salon also has implemented good covid precautions. The service is very professional and staff are all friendly.

Had a lovely facial and back scrub / massage today . Was very thorough. My skin feels soft smooth and well hydrated . Would definitely recommend, and will be booking my next appointment soonThanks fara
