I arrived at 09.30 & had made an appt to have tyres checked and any replacements, needed to be fitted. At 10am I was infomed the check had been completed & what I needed. I was informed it would be 30mins for tyres to be fitted. I was at the garage until 11.30. I feel because a gentleman with a landrover came in & they dropped everything to see to him. I was sat on the wall outside & saw not one person working on my car but two on the car that came in after mine. Didn't feeled valued at all. Felt put aside!

Liam & his team were amazing! Went the extra mile when they didn’t have to. Took the time to explain everything and managed to get it all sorted and done so I could get my kids from school on time. They were really reasonable and lovely.

I booked online and paid online and when the man never fitted the tpm valve that i paid £6 50 for and said he would take my tyre of and fit it it and would take 15 minutes to do which i didn't have time to wait for so kwik fit got my money and never supplied a part i had paid for wonder how many people have paid for a new valve and not had 1 fitted ????

I had a valve of one tyre leaking air, they found the issue and fixed it, they checked the other tyres as well, all this without a previous appointment and for free, excellent service, thanks a lot!

Exceptional service after suffering a tyre blowout on the A1, we phoned a few garages and Kwikfit on Northgate were brilliant and helpful in our time of need in an emergency. We were travelling down to Lincoln so required new tyres the same day, Nathan and Aiden were so helpful and I cannot recommend them enough for their prompt and friendly customer service, on the hottest day of the year.
