We're selling and buying hopefully with bycroft Estate agents and up to now they have been really helpful and patience is greatly appreciate by us we're only half way through the process so watch this space x

Very disappointed in the customer service we have received today we had traveled 140 miles to view a property in Great Yarmouth when we arrived we called to see if it could be done sooner but they said fully booked our appointment time for viewing was 12pm we arrived at the property at 11.55am we stood waiting I called he office at 12.10pm to be told someone was on their way.We then called back again to be told that apparently it was no longer on the market so something was not correct. We had our time wasted and they had 3 opportunities for tell us that the property was no longer on the market as we received a confirmation email of viewing on the 7th and nothing since to say any different. We are very disappointed in this service and will definitely not be using bycroft estate agents ever again. Warning don’t sell or rent out your properties with these agents as they refuse to let people view them. No stars if I could would never recommend this company

We didn't go in to their office in Regent Street, but communication was excellent and they were very helpful and professional in taking us around a house for a viewing.

Absolutely awful service . I was trying to buy from them and they told me it was sold ! That was a lie, is wasn’t according to the seller who I knew . They didn’t turn up for another appointment that I had booked and when I finally got to view it I asked them to let me know if anyone else puts an offer in - they didn’t - they just sold it so I didn’t get the option to offer myself and I was a cash buyer ! When I rang them to ask about it , they just didn’t care or apologise .Also tried to sell through them previously and communication was awful , they are soooo lazy and some of the girls just blunt with a bad attitudeIf I could give a minus star I would . Avoid them , there are plenty of estate agents around that actually want your work

Moved to Great Yarmouth from Essex, dealt with other local estates agents n the area. Bycroft estate agents are far the best in the area. Highly professional, pleasant, from beginning to the end of my house purchase. Just like to say a big thank you to the Bycroft team

Very poor customer services from a buyers perspective. Travelling 170 miles to view properties and the property with this estate agent has been on the market over 4 months and they had no interest in talking to us about it or arranging a viewing and eventually hung up on us. I really wouldn't recooment this agent as a buyer or selling as they are clearly not interested in selling properties

Very professional and competitive estate agency. They kept me informed with each viewing and emailed feedback and telephoned each time. The team seemed to take a personal interest in helping me sell the property, which meant a lot.

Bycrofts were outstanding from start to finish in particular Michele and Nick.Nick came and valued my property an offered an extremely personable service. Michele and the other staff on the Bycrofts team were very helpful and attentive. The level of service I received was really good. I felt well informed throughout the process and that I could pick the phone up to them at any time for help or guidance on the sale of my house. Even though I wasn't buying a property through them Michele was the other end of the phone giving me guidance and listening to me moan. She deserves a medal.I would thoroughly recommend Bycrofts to anyone!
