Faultless experience from every aspect. The salesman was absolutely brilliant. I tried to test them in every way and found nothing was too much hassle. I couldn't recommend the salesman enough. The salesman was Marshall, and they are a real gem they have a very bright future and look forward to dealing with them again.

From start to finish, Ryan made purchasing a new car with Vospers Ford, Exeter, a simple, pleasant and informed experience. Ryan was knowledgeable and able to share that knowledge in a way that was easy for me to understand. The whole experience was very smooth. Ryan and Callum made sure the handover experience was excellent, and I drove away from the dealership in my new Ford Puma very happily.

Had dealings with this place previously (2021) when I had horrendous amounts of warranty problems with my Fiesta ST. I dealt with Aaron mainly who was brilliant. But every other aspect was terrible.Had to return numerous times for the same work to be redone. 2/3 times where the guys doing the work damaged other bits of the car that then meant even more waiting whilst they waited for parts, which then they mostly fitted badly. The quality of work was generally terrible.The bit that made me never want to deal with this place again was a noise, which thankfully led to me discovering they had left a track rod end bolt undone which could have caused a serious accident. Me and my family had traveled over 100 miles on the motorway previous to discovering what they had done. On another day that could have killed us.The response after this incident was also pretty pathetic so I would recommend anyone who wants work doing to their performance car to go anywhere else.Now, more recently we were looking to trade my partners car in, so, we went around seeing who would give us the best price as a straight buy. As much as it pained me, we tried Vospers. We were made to wait around for ages not even knowing who we were waiting for. Eventually someone came and checked the car over etc and said they would get hold of us with a price. Nothing. No call, no email, nothing. Pathetic yet again.Do not go to this dealership if you can avoid it.

Really impressed by this dealership. Mike set up a test drive and Marshall delivered this to a very high standard. Whilst we didn’t buy from them that was simply because the exact vehicle we wanted wasn’t available, but I would have had been and I don’t hesitate to recommend them: a thoroughly good experience for which my thanks.

Popped in this morning and spoke to a very nice young man (Marshall) and stated that I was looking for my next company car so there would be no direct purchase but I would like to look at one of their models in more detail. Marshall could not have been more helpful if he'd tried - a real asset to the sales team.

Purchased an ex-demonstrator Ford Puma 1.5ST in October. We originally saw it on the website as awaiting preparation and contacted the dealership. Mike supplied a video and arranged a date and time for us to view it. On our visit Mike not only showed us this vehicle, but also supplied other viable options both vehicle wise and financially, we decided on the demonstrator trading in our Fiesta ST3. Mike arranged for a couple of minor issues to be rectified and the sales process/handover was faultless. Mike was totally professional with a friendly manner throughout and we would not hesitate to purchase from the dealership via Mike again.
