O2 Shop Ballymena

Up graded my phone over another ago still waiting on my my buds and watch as part of my bundle .... When I ring them I told same lies over and over again ....

I attended 02 shop in Ballymena this morning at approximately 10.00am. I was met by a member of staff (unfortunately I didn't get his name.). I explained I couldn't get my phone to come on. Could someone help me. I was told there was no point it would need to be sent away to be fixed and that would cost over £100. So instead I would need a new one. I said I don't want a new one only want to know if they could get it on for me. Only to be told no one could help me a nd the best thing to do was buy a new one.He was very dismissive. Only interested in getting money out of customers. No personality. I got the impression he couldn't care less, it was I buy a phone or nothing else mattered. No customer skills at all.Avoid at all costs.

I bought some of my very first smartphones here. Always been a great store. Staff are always on hand to help, staff always friendly and helpful.

This is the least helpful shop I have ever been in. The service is unbelievable poor and can do absolutely nothing for the customer. Would not recommend this shop to anyone

Thank you to Ethan and all the staff at Ballymena and Coleraine shops for their patience and help while i chose a new phone. Thx for sourcing and configuring said device. Always friendly with good advice and excellent working knowledge. I have never left an O2 store without feeling I've achieved what I had hoped to, or on occasion, achieved even more than that.Thank you again, Jeremy M

Recently just purchased a phone and also took my autistic brother in today to upgrade and both times David has been absolutely amazing. Always go straight to him! He is a fountain of knowledge and makes the switch/buy soo effortless. Straight home and using new phone it’s that simple. Even stayed after his working hours. Honestly thee best 02 worker there is! Thank you!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had issue still not resolved

Have been using this shop for years. Would highly reccommend seeing David for any help. He gives outstanding customer service, A* and will sort out any queries. Very professional, efficient and overall just makes the whole experience very easy.Called in again today (18.12.20) to sort out my sons sim/phone. Excellent customer service given by James...friendly, very helpful and efficient. This shop really does have great staff that really go out of their way to help. Thank you so much James. Its much appreciated!

Aiden told me to travel 60 miles to belfast to get a replacement Samsung phone within an hour. My issue isn't with Samsung I bought the phone through 02. Samsung belfast said they also don't offer that service and never have. The customer service in tower centre is shocking. Aiden needs to be retrained clearly. Couldn't wait to get me out of his store

Don't bother! 2 visits and promise of call back re renewal of contract - still waiting. Drove the 10 miles to The Junction O2 shop and was dealt in an efficient, professional manner. Wouldn't recommend Ballymena
