DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Mr Tucker is not willing to take into consideration any type of evidence for EPC Reports. I supplied Builders letter, (at his request) , plans (inc Building Regs) , Photographic evidence, and he even disregarded it Being signed off by Building Control! Wanted me to take down 50% of my Internal ceilings to prove I had the insulation even with all the evidence! Also Failed to take instruction from his governing body Elmhurst. I don't think he is qualified to do U calculations as asked for us to get them done but felt he wouldnt use them if we had go them . Unwilling to revisit unless we apologised (For providing information to help him ) Was unhelpful at all points to a point of being rude. He rated our roof as 'no Insulation' which was fully up to the latest building regulations and passed by building control 2014. He rated our Property as an 'F', which means unmortgageable and Unrentable . Spoke to a number of other EPC providers who couldn't understand why it had been rated so low. Got it sorted with no building work required by Dragon Energy who were very professional and Super Helpful.
